Laura + Chloe were the highlights of my morning. They whipped up great food and dished out phenomenal vibes. Also, not having 3 working elevators makes the wait unbearable when there are more than 10 folks waiting to go to their floor.

We had a birthday dinner for my 7yr old grandson, in the restaurant. We had 3 kids and 4 adults, we were loud and messy, as you can imagine. Our server, Bella, was SO patient, kind, and helpful. She made our evening very special and we were impressed with her hospitality. Thank you so much, Bella!

Exceptional stay from start to finish. Everything about my stay was excellent. I stayed on the ninth floor and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth, and I had zero issues from the moment I walked in the door. Breakfast each morning was great, and lunch on day one of our conference genuinely surprised me—in the best way. I’ve never had brisket at a hotel before, and it was honestly some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Absolutely fire. Special shout-out to Lilyanna at the front desk. She helped me check in and went above and beyond with thoughtful suggestions and recommendations that made my stay even more accommodating. Her service was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, fantastic service, great food, clean accommodations, and a seamless experience. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Gilbert and Rebekah at Embassy Suites truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We have been displaced out of our home since 12/19/25 and have been placed at the Embassy Suites since. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Both have gone above and beyond the standards to make us feel we are at home away from home. Every question or request was handled quickly and with a smile, and it was clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help has turned a rough life situation into a great stay thus far. Exceptional service like this is rare. They both need to be recognized at the highest levels. Gilbert and Rebekah are absolute assets to the hotel.

Adam’s service was above and beyond. He had my drink ready before I even asked. Lora kept the bar clean and was super attentive. Audrey kept the bar functioning consistently. Best service all week.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spacious, well-appointed suites that are both comfortable and thoughtfully designed for business or leisure travel. The open atrium creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property truly stand out. One of the highlights of my stay was the made-to-order breakfast. Laura and Chloe were absolutely fantastic—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. They cooked an amazing chile verde chorizo omelette that was perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and prepared with care. Their positive energy and genuine hospitality made the morning experience even more enjoyable. The staff across the property were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority at this location. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and a memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

My stay was wonderful. Rebekah and Dani made my stay special. I drink Alani, Cherry Slush and a lot of other flavors. Having no Alani in the cooler made me have to buy the Zero Sugar Monster. I had asked the food/beverage manager if he could possibly add it to the offerings provided. He said he would look into it. Rebekah and Dani sent up to my room 2 cans of Alani and treats. It made me feel very welcome and special. Onthe day of my check out, Rebekah handled it like a pro. I was checked out with no problem. I only enjoyed the breakfast once, it was delicious. Overall I felt welcomed. I will be back next year, if not before. Rebekah is a valuable employee as is Dani and the front desk crew. Loved the room.

I stayed at this location for a weekend convention, everything was seamless! Check in was smooth & effortless on the app. Upon arrival Gilbert was extremely friendly, welcoming and was able to assist me with my questions and was very knowledgeable. The rooms are recently renovated and clean, lobby area and common areas were very neat.

Was there recently for ACFI and the price was impeccable, incredibly affordable for how nice our suite was. The building is very nice and we were able to find parking all weekend. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, especially the breakfast crew. The decorations around the hotel were so cute and they were so welcoming to our furry convention, even going as far as theming the restaurant menu for the event. One of the elevators wasnt working properly but they were always on it to contact someone when it wasn't working. The bathroom staff was always nice and let me in even if they were busy cleaning it, the staff is extremely nice and professional. Thank you for hosting ACFI and I hope they're able to host next year too because it's so close to so many restaurants and stores so I was able to never worry about where to go for food and necessities.

While staying at the Hilton during my time attending the ecchi con anime convention, I could not have been more pleased with the experience. The service provided by the hotel staff, the event coordinators, and even the fellow attendees exceeded my expectations. In particular, staff members Alice and Rebecca stood out as exceptional employees. Professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their efforts made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this was an outstanding stay, and I would easily rate it a 5 out of 5.
